This project was built on the premise of getting athletes to move better, and perform at their best levels. Too often athletes are counterproductive with the mobility and mobilization they do as a result of not having enough education about what really matters when it comes to mobility. We once were in the same boat, thinking can breath work really make that big of a difference, and does joint centration really matter. After 17 years of training, I now believe it is the foundation in which every great athlete should work off of. Understanding joint placement and the ability to create tension is the game changer in how your body moves and it's ability not to compensate. This library is geared toward mobility done right, with a big emphasis on the little shit that really matters. Great athletes always find a way to get things done, but if that's a long term strategy you're in trouble. Understanding basic science based principles will allow any athlete to get more out of what they're already doing. Please step into this with an open mind, and be ready to learn some good shit!
