12 week program was designed specifically to follow week to week with a focus to to help improve these areas during the off-season:
-Basic patterns
-Strength
-Mobility
-Core Stability
-Muscle Gain
-Aerobic Capacity
-Power Development
-Speed
Every 2-4 weeks has a different focus, goes in this order:
Weeks 1 and 2: Basic Pattern Awareness/Development-Aerobic Base Training
Weeks 3-6: Hypertrophy/Strength Training
