Tools needed: Resistance Bands, Bar (pull-up bar or something similar), jump rope, open space
The major goal of this program is to have a weekly workout plan to follow, so you can stay consistent with your training and see the positive results you want. After five weeks with this program you will either
1. Continue with this introductory program
2. Advance to the intermediate training program
