Golf Gains 2.0 Off-Season Program

8 Weeks/4 days Per Week

Why Purchase

Golf Gains 2.0 is an off-season program for players who are looking to gain an advantage on the course next season through fitness work in the gym.

Structure:
8 Weeks at 4 days a week
Every 2 weeks the exercises and format is switched up for variety
Super Sets to help with less time spent in the gym, finishers, mobility in between sets. Be ready to work!

Fitness Level:
Would not recommend for beginners or youth players. More designed for those who have completed a few of my programs and need a refresh for the winter. If you're new to my programs, must have some experience with strength training, don't have to many limitations and are open to a new way of approaching golf specific training.

Equipment needed:
Full-Gym is ideal
Barbell (area for landmine attachment)
Dumbbells
Kettlbells
Medballs
Cable Machine or Resistance Bands

What about cardio or SuperSpeed Sticks?:
This program is majority strength training with a mix of mobility flow movements, core work and athletic work utilizing different tools. If cardio/conditioning is important to you, find day where you add it to the routine. I am a big fan of Zone 2 work for longer durations and short form intervals if you're looking to get after it.(Ex 10-15 sets of 10 seconds on 50 seconds off on an assault bike.)

If you have SuperSpeed Sticks or wondering how to incorporate indoor practice to this routine if you live in a cold weather area. Make sure you do get some swings in to build up capacity over the winter. Use the off days to get 50 + swings in or some sort of over speed training protocol. I do not provide a protocol in the program, Youtube has great resources for this.
